The planning of the site revolves around the issue of limited parking space to accommodate the very high volume of scooter traffic. It is common to see such designated parking for scooters occupied at maximum capacity and in cases dangerously overcrowding the space.

The goal of our project is to improve the urban vibrancy of Rome. We aim to create a more suitable urban environment by implementing a new parking system to accommodate the large numbers of scooters. Therefore, we propose by changing the conventional parking module with moving platform module. In addition, introducing a public square into the site to enhance urban livability of The Cinquecento Plaza.The Cinquecento plaza of Roma Termini station becomes urban living room for people to visit, gather, and express themselves.
